#ShipLife | The Fifth Contract

For those of you who have been following my posts, you may remember that I work on board cruise ships as a Future Cruise Consultant.  In my post #ShipLife | The Fourth Contract, I mentioned I would be sailing in Asia, then across the Pacific and to Alaska before heading home.  Well, my contract is now coming to an end, but I am not headed home yet!  I have been offered a short fill in contract, directly after my current one.  I will fly from Vancouver to Montreal, spend three days in Montreal and board a new ship for one month.

From Montreal, the ship will sail along Canada and New England – an itinerary I first visited on my second contract – ending the seven day cruise in Boston.  From Boston, the ship embarks on a 14 day Caribbean and Cuba voyage, which returns to Boston, then sails back up to Montreal for another seven day Canada New England cruise, ending in Montreal, where I will disembark and fly home.  See the below photos for a snapshot of the itinerary:

I am quite excited for the short contract, especially since we will be stopping for an overnight in Havana, Cuba.  I am a huge fan of Latin dance and music, and Havana is known around the world for it’s live music and salsa!  Safe to say I am looking forward to this short stint before heading home for a much needed vacation!

Have fun!  And don’t forget to follow my page and subscribe for updates on my travels around the world! ❤ Jess
